Hi everyone. It's been a while since I've posted to this blog.
I've been busy since losing the weight.
Because of an injury I've put on a few pounds that I'm now trying to lose.
Hey, if I can lose 160, this shouldn't be a problem.

One thing I have to watch out for is salty crunchy. I love potato chips. But they are NOT GOOD FOR YOU, no you can't eat JUST ONE.

My solution is Kale Chips and Cheese Chips. I get the salty crunchy without all the starch.
